Doors only
One product, done properly
Most door suppliers sell from a catalogue and leave the fitting to someone else. We do doors only, from the first measure to the final adjustment: the leaf, the frame, the hinges, the hardware and the way it closes.
Every door is drawn for its opening and approved by you before it is made. It is factory produced to that drawing, quality checked before delivery and installed by our team, with one point of contact the whole way.

How we work
From site measure to installation
Four steps, one point of contact, and nothing made until you approve the drawings.
Site measure
We visit, measure the opening, check the wall build up and floor level, and talk through how the door should look and work.
Drawings and samples
You receive shop drawings and physical finish samples. Nothing goes into production until you or your designer approve them.
Made to order
Your door is factory produced to the approved drawings, with production updates as it moves through the build and a quality check before it leaves.
Installed by our team
Our fitting team installs, adjusts and hands over the door, with one point of contact from the first visit to the last adjustment.
Fire rated door sets
Certified where it matters
Fire rated door sets in 60, 90 and 120 minute ratings, tested to BS 476 Part 22 and supplied with the Dubai Civil Defence certificate and stamp. For villas, hotels, apartment buildings and fit out projects, finished to match the interior.

Where do you work?
We work across Dubai, for villa and apartment owners, interior designers, fit out contractors and developers.
Do you visit site before quoting?
Yes. Every bespoke door starts with a site measure, because the opening, wall build up and floor level decide the frame and fixing. We can give a guide figure from photos and sizes, and the final quotation follows the measure.
How long does a bespoke door take?
Lead time depends on the size, finish, hardware and how quickly drawings are approved. We confirm the programme in writing when you approve the drawings, and keep you updated during production.
What are your payment terms?
For made to order doors we work on 60 percent on approval of drawings, 25 percent at the midpoint of production and 15 percent on completion.
Do you supply handles and smart locks?
Yes. Every door is quoted with its hardware: lever handles, pull bars, hinges, closers and smart locks with fingerprint, face recognition or keypad access. We offer our signature range and the Devon Studio collection, and can fit a named smart lock brand on request. Choose your hardware in the door designer and we confirm availability with the quotation.
